Columbia Basin Sustainable Angling Symposium Follow-up

CKFRP funded organizers of April 2001's Sustainable Angling Symposium with $6,500 to follow up the weekend of meetings and workshops. Symposium participants, which included more than 70 stakeholders in the Kootenay angling industry, will receive a package of information from the symposium to help them gauge the status of the angling industry in the Kootenays and see how they can benefit it. The document will also be sent to stakeholders from government, angling groups and tourism and business agencies around the Kootenay region.
