The primary focus of the Cottonwood Creek Strategic Land Use Plan is to improve the water quality and stream habitat and maintain it from the mouth to the headwaters of the Creek in order to support healthy fish populations, especially Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee. This project will alert and educate all residences and businesses adjacent and near Cottonwood Creek.

The Brochure will give a practical guide for the residents and businesses living along the creek to take immediate voluntary action for enhancement and prevention of any degradation along the Cottonwood Creek corridor.
