Slocan River Streamkeepers (Winlaw, BC)
$6,500.00

This project will work to accomplish the following tasks:

1. Will work to collect relevant data on river health including spawning fish, perform a full pass float, monitor water quality, water temperature, channel characteristics, benthic invertebrates, relative flow and weather information.
2. Conduct school and public outreach including in-class presentations, field trips and "hands-on" laboratory work.
3. Review, extract and format information from past studies (other researchers and ours) in a comprehensive database.
