In conjunction with local schools, continue to collect relevant data on river health including spawning fish, water quality, water temperature, channel characteristics, benthic invertebrates, relative flow and weather information
Conduct school and public outreach including in-class presentations, field trips and microscope studies at schools that participated in 2006 and begin programs at 1 to 2 additional new schools and/or summer camps.
Offer work experience to older students and members of the community in a laboratory setting by assisting in invertebrate sorting and continue to work on a comprehensive database with links to our Website.
